About Login Security at onlien138
We understand that your onlien138 account holds important financial information and your personal funds. That's why the security of the login process is something we take very seriously — every login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption technology, ensuring your credentials cannot be intercepted by any third party during transmission.
Our suspicious activity detection system runs continuously in the background. If a login attempt is detected from an unfamiliar location or device, you will receive an immediate notification and your account will be temporarily locked until your identity is re-verified. This is an automatic protection that requires no action on your part.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – An Extra Layer of Protection
Onlien138 provides two-factor authentication for all accounts. When 2FA is enabled, every login attempt requires a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your registered phone number, in addition to your password. This means that even if someone knows your password, they still cannot access your account without physical access to your phone.
To enable 2FA, go to the Security section in your account settings after logging in. Activation takes less than two minutes and we strongly recommend all players use it, especially those with a large account balance.
What to Do If You Forget Your Password
Forgetting your password is a common occurrence. At onlien138, the password recovery process is designed to be straightforward without compromising security. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox within minutes.
If you did not receive the recovery email or cannot remember the registered email address, contact our support team via Live Chat. Our agents will verify your identity using the KYC information on file and help you safely recover access to your account.
Security Notice: onlien138 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. If you receive any such request, it is a phishing attempt. Please contact our support team to report the incident.
Tips for Your Account Security
These simple practices can reduce the risk of your account being accessed without authorisation.
Use a Strong Password
Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or anything easily guessed.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
2FA adds an essential layer of protection that makes your account far more difficult for others to access.
Never Share Your Login Details
Your password is your personal secret. Never share it with anyone, including platform staff.
Log Out After Using a Public Device
If you're playing on a public computer or someone else's device, make sure you log out and clear the browser cache.
Check the URL Before Logging In
Make sure you are on the official onlien138 website. Always check the URL in your browser's address bar before entering your login credentials.
Update Your Password Regularly
Change your password every few months as a good security practice, especially if you use the same password across multiple accounts.
